Please refer to the following explanation if you have not received your withdrawal:The whole process of the transfer of blockchain assets can be divided into three parts: the sender initiates the transfer, the blockchain network confirms it, and the receiver receives and confirms the transfer.
Step 1 - The sender initiates a transfer request to transfer the assets out of the original account
On BXTEN, a unique TxID is typically generated within 1-60 minutes after a transfer request is made, depending on the token and block situation. This means that BXTEN has completed the transfer and has sent the assets to the blockchain network to await confirmation.
Step 2 - Confirmations on the blockchain network
In this step, the miner nodes within the blockchain network will validate the transactions and include them in the blockchain's transaction history. This process may take some time depending on network congestion, trading fees, and the blockchain's characteristics.
You can check the confirmation status of the transfer on the blockchain by clicking on the checking link at the end of the TxID and opening the corresponding blockchain explorer.
Step 3 - Assets credited into receiver account and transfer is confirmed
Once the blockchain network confirms the transaction, the assets will be transferred to the receiver's account. You can verify the number of confirmations and details of the transactions by querying the blockchain explorer or related tools.
Note:
If the status shows [Processing], the transfer may be delayed due to the nature of the blockchain network and possible congestion. Please wait patiently.
If the status shows [Completed] but you still have not received the assets after some time, please remain patient until the number of confirmations on the blockchain network reaches the recipient's requirements. In the meantime, you may contact the receiving platform directly and provide your TxID for further assistance and support.
If the withdrawal request has not generated a TxID after 6 hours in your [Wallets] - [Transaction History] - [Withdrawal], please contact BXTEN Customer Service immediately and attach a screenshot of the withdrawal request. We will assist you in processing your request.
